Online sales close before the travel day For the 30 October 2026 sailings the booking site stopped selling at 00:30 that morning and sent passengers to the ticket booth. If you leave it to the day of travel, plan to buy at the port.
Changes without notice The booking site's guidelines warn that sailings can be changed or cancelled without prior notice and that, in peak periods, a paid booking may still lose its slot. Super Shuttle publishes no advisory page; ring the port office before setting off.

₱392 is the ECONOMY ticket price shown for one adult, one way, on every Super Shuttle sailing checked in both directions. It is the ticket price only: the booking site does not itemise port fees, and its service fee is non-refundable. Vehicles can be booked as rolling cargo, but rates were not shown. Island Shipping Corporation, a separate operator on the same Hagnaya–Santa Fe crossing, publishes its own regular passenger fare of ₱300; its tickets are not valid on Super Shuttle. Super Shuttle Roro links Hagnaya Port, in San Remigio on Cebu, with the port of Santa Fe on Bantayan Island. The company lists the route as daily, with a crossing time of an hour and a half. Its booking site offers eight departures from Hagnaya every day, from 02:00 to 16:30, and the same eight appear on the schedule page of its website. From Santa Fe it offers another eight, the first at 04:00 and the last at 18:00.
On the return the two official sources disagree. The website's schedule page gives seven Santa Fe departures, with no 06:00 boat and a last trip at 18:30 rather than 18:00. The board uses the booking site, which is what Super Shuttle actually sells, but if you depend on the first or the last boat back, call Santa Fe Port on 0969 601 4777. Hagnaya Port answers on 0969 601 2777, and the Cebu City office at 38 Gorordo Avenue on (032) 361 2503.
An ECONOMY ticket is listed at ₱392 per adult each way. Treat that as the ticket price: port charges are not broken down on the booking site and its service fee is kept if you cancel. Three ships rotate on the route, Super Shuttle Ferry 20, 26 and 27, and they take vehicles as rolling cargo, although no vehicle rates are shown. Online sales for a sailing stop in the small hours of the travel day, so same-day passengers buy at the booth.
Show a valid ID carrying your name at check-in, and if you booked online and the booking office asks for it, swap the printed e-ticket for an official ticket there, no later than an hour before departure on the travel day. Gates close half an hour before sailing. Island Shipping Corporation runs a separate Hagnaya–Sta. Fe service with its own fare, ₱300 for a regular passenger; its tickets and times are not interchangeable with Super Shuttle's.
